Our 30-Day Promise

Try Yompi risk-free for 30 days. If you've given it daily and you're not seeing results, we'll refund you - no questions asked.

·         This covers 1 opened pouch per household

·         Any unopened pouches can be returned for a full refund

How to Return

Email us at care@yompi.co.uk with:

·         Your order number

·         Why you're returning

We'll send you a prepaid return label. Pack up your items and send them back within 60 days of receiving your order.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. It should appear in your account within 5-10 days, depending on your bank.

What We Can't Refund

·         Returns after 30 days

·         Sale items or gift cards

·         Items returned without contacting us first

Damaged or Wrong Order?

Email care@yompi.co.uk immediately. We'll send a replacement or full refund right away.
